Mercedes Benz Unimog UL1700 Tray Back Project included:
– Removal of cab from chassis
– Blast and Paint work
– Degrease and paint chassis
– Reinstall cab on chassis
– Replace original fuel lines

Blast and Paint Work Details:
– New painted wheels
– Complete new paint work to body and cab interior and exterior
– Rust removal and repair Cab
– All bolt on items blasted and powder coated
– Underside of body seam sealed and sprayed with stone guard
– Floor sprayed with stone guard and painted
– Panel work to Cabin
– Prepare tray and paint

Other details:
– New mud flaps
– Vent flap dash
– New doors locks and keys
– Re-upholstery of seats and embroidery
– Inclusion of Jack and FireExtinguisher
– Fuel Filter assembly and hose barb
– Reinstalled and refit of Cabin

Chassis Work:
Degrease, water blast and paint chassis – black

Fuel Lines:
Replace old fuel lines with new
