This Mog was originally purchased by one of our customers wanting a Unimog with a more modern feel. The U500 was chosen for it’s comfort on road, increased driver comfort, visibility and of course the carrying capacity required to build such large motorhome body on the back of it. Although the U500 is noticeably different to the standard ADF Unimog conversions that we normally see, it still has awesome off-road abilities that will undoubtedly get you well and truly off the beaten track.

Since the completion of this project the owner has since realised that they are after something a bit more ‘rough’ that they can squeeze through untouched terrain and climb creek beds where not many vehicles can manage. Whilst the U500’s capabilities will allow it to undertake any of these challenges, the 5 star finishes and sheer value of the truck make even the most capable drivers have second thoughts.
